Industrial Wastewater Treatment Products
Hi-Flow Patented Oil Removal System
New to the industrial market: CETCO introduces Hi-Flow, a patented process for removing free or partially soluble oils from wastewater. Originally designed for treating high rates of produced water in the oilfield industry, this new smaller version of our Hi-Flow system is now available for applications in the industrial sector. The same physical and chemical characteristics used on the platforms were designed and engineered into a unit that can run 5-15 gallons per minute. The Hi-Flow system can be used to remove oils, gasoline and some soluble oils from wastewater, groundwater, coolants, and cleaners and it can be utilized before or after treatment. Hi-Flow vessels can also be used to run removable 11"x11" canisters filled with GAC (Granular Activated Carbon), our proprietary Crudesorb media, or other element specific media. Demo units are available for testing. Please call 800-527-9948 for more information.

Bentonite Clay-Based Flocculants
For over 30 years, our bentonite clay-based, dry, chemical flocculants have cleaned industrial wastewater in one simple step. Our cost-effective waste minimization process uses single reactant chemicals and is safe, simple, and easy to use for the removal of emulsified oils, heavy metals and suspended solids from wastewater.
RM-10®
Our long trusted RM-10 products are non-hazardous and are a blend of sodium bentonite, pH adjusting agents, polymers, and other proprietary components. We specifically developed our RM-10 formulas to provide our customers with a cost-effective, safe, and simple one-step process for pre-treatment, treatment, and disposal. The RM-10 line of products can remove emulsified oils, heavy metals, and suspended solids from various wastewater streams and with more than 40 products in granular, semi-granular, and powdered varieties, we can treat a vast array of industrial/municipal wastewater. Our reliable system also ensures that the treated effluent will meet POTW (Publicly Owned Treatment Works) discharge limits established by federal, state, and local authorities.

AccoFloc®
Our AccoFloc products are high-swelling sodium bentonite clays, specifically selected for their unique ion exchange capability found only in the Black Hills region of the western United States. This capability makes our AccoFloc products extremely efficient at increasing clarity and removing trace metals from wastewater and optimized for meeting the increasingly stringent water quality and discharge regulations required by municipalities. Currently we offer two forms of AccoFloc: AccoFloc 350 and AccoFloc SDG. Both formulations are certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects.

Liquid Coagulants and Flocculants
CETCO Oilfield Services offers a wide range of liquid coagulants and flocculants that provide an economical yet highly efficient option in treating high volume waste streams. Our innovative liquid format of these products reduces operator involvement by allowing for easy automation of the entire treatment process. We developed these easy to apply line of products especially for the removal of emulsified oils, suspended solids, insoluble BOD/COD, and metals from wastewater.
CETcoags™
The CETcoags are an easy to apply, cost-effective, and comprehensive line of coagulants and coagulant blends. They range in composition from totally synthetic to naturally occurring. Having such a wide variety of formulations allows us to offer a proven means to effectively treat wastewater generated from a broad spectrum of industrial processes.

CETflocs™
The CETflocs are a comprehensive line of flocculants available in both liquid and dry form. They have proven effective in treating a wide range of wastewater compositions and are available in various molecular weights and charge densities.
Blends
CETCO's Blends combine the low sludge generation of organic coagulants with the economy of inorganic coagulant aids. Additionally, applying our Blends is very easy, needing only one addition instead of two or more. The simple application process requires less equipment, which translates to lower maintenance costs.
Coagulant Aids
Our coagulant aids are inorganic-based products, low-cost, and highly efficient with decades of proven results.
Organophilic Clay Media
With an extremely high surface area, our Organophilic clays, PM-100 and PM-199, have the ability to adsorb up to 50% of their weight in oil and grease, making them extremely cost-effective media as opposed to activated carbon. These organically modified clays have a great affinity for oil and grease and other low-soluble and high-molecular weight organics. In addition to PM-100, CETCO Oilfield Services Company offers GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) and other absorption media for the removal of heavy metals, organic, and inorganic matter.
PM-100™ and PM-199™ and PM-200™
PM-100, PM-199, and PM-200 are non-reactive and non-hazardous. PM-199 is a 100% Organophilic clay media offered in a disposable cartridge. It is used in our EC-510 filtration system. PM-200 is used as a standalone product. PM-100 is a chemically modified clay/anthracite media used for filtration to reliably remove oil, grease, and other low-soluble, high-molecular weight organics from wastewater. We specifically designed this mixed media for flow-through systems and it is a highly efficient post-treatment for various industrial wastewater streams. All media can extend the lifetime of GAC by as much as 500%, resulting in higher carbon sorption capacity and more effective and consistent removal of heavy metals and solvents.

Stabilization and Solidification Agents
CETCO Oilfield Services revolutionized the wastewater treatment market with its broad range of innovative stabilization and solidification products. These products ensure compliance with federal, state, and local disposal standards while offering a more cost-effective and safer approach than lime, fly ash, diatomaceous earth, or other traditional absorbents.
LiquiSorb®
LiquiSorb is a granular cross-linked super absorbent media that rapidly absorbs and retains large volumes of aqueous matter, up to 250x its weight in water. It is non-biodegradable, non-exothermic, and is ideally suited for the absorption and solidification of general industrial wastewaters. Though it is extremely fast acting, gels in less than 2 minutes without mixing, it is also extremely effective, helping treated solids pass Paint Filter Liquids Test (EPA 9095) and Liquid Release Test (EPA 9096).

Sorbond®
Sorbond is our proprietary blend of clay and inorganic minerals that is highly effective in the stabilization and solidification of heavy metals and wastewater containing organic matter. It is safe to use, non-biodegradable, and has a low exothermic reaction during treatment. Using Sorbond enhances the dewatering of solids; helps solids pass Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) (EPA 1311) as well as the Paint Filter Liquids Test (EPA 9095).

PitDry™ OP and PitDry™ HDD
This revolutionary new application is the only one on the market that converts spent drilling fluids into disposable, dumpable solids in minutes. Available only from CETCO Oilfield Services Company, this unique, simple, one step process involves pumping spent fluid through one of our partner's patented mixers, the PDM-300 or the PDA-300, while adding our PitDry reagent. Our PitDry product is a powdered, inorganic mineral formula that chemically fixates heavy metal bearing wastes, stabilizes hydrocarbons and other organic and inorganic material while minimizing total solids volume by as much as 20%.
PitDry is the economical disposal solution for drill fluids with proven results. Our revolutionary PitDry process treats solids to pass all the following tests: Paint Filter Liquids Test (EPA 9095), Slump Test (CSA A23.25C), Liquid Release Test (LRT) (EPA 9096), Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (EPA 1311), Leachable BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and xylenes). Additionally, the resulting solids meet Class II Landfill Criteria.
